Virablast Terms of Service:

Virablast offers services that allow you to promote your website. On joining you agree to use the Virablast service appropriately, correctly and not to promote Virablast with any kind of Spam related promotional methods.

Virablast nor any of its' subordinants, contractors, subcontractors, or employees shall be held liable for any damage, including monetary loss; due to system failure and or misunderstanding or misuse by the participating admin in the system.

When using Virablast you are enabled to place a form on your website that will allow you to build your own list and make it viral through the structure of the system. This form should not be placed on any kind 'Illegal Site' in anyway. We will only allow the system to be used in conjunction with legitimate websites and presented in an approprite manner on the site(s). Specifically we will not tolerate the system being used on such sites that are generally accepted as against the law of any country.

If the Terms of Service, denoted above, are not met then action may be taken and your account will be terminated with no refund recourse available and the forfiture of any accrued commissions.

Virablast reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service and/or the Return Policy at any time it deems necessary which is standard practice in this industry. Any and all decisions made by Virablast, concerning the Terms of Service or Return Policy, is final and binding.

Any amendments made by Virablast in the Terms of Service or Return Policy will in effect make any previous conditions null and void.
