Virablast Return Policy:

There will be no refunds on prelaunch purchases made until after OFFICIAL LAUNCH due to the system being in prelaunch. This is to give us the opportunity to work with the customer to get any problems worked out be they technical or simply understanding the system set up and operation.

Refunds will only be made begining within the first 30 days after OFFICIAL LAUNCH and any subsequent 30 day after purchase period thereafter.

If after OFFICIAL LAUNCH you are not satisfied with the products performance or the service you receive, and/or the product is defective, simply e-mail us and we will issue a refund within 24 hrs. of receipt of request. Please ensure you provide your name, e-mail address, user name, and order I.D. # so we are able to locate you in admin and affect the refund as promptly as possible.
